I usually try and take some time away.
That way I have the chance to just process what's going on.
If I can I nap. Go and get some fresh air. Take the dog for a walk if I feel able. Or I just go quiet.
When I'm like that I don't need additional things coming at me cluttering my mind further.

@Mellowgirl those are all good suggestions! Been in a rough patch lately so any advice is good advice
