I know some tricks. Establish assumptions(constants)
1. The average person falls asleep in 7 minutes all else equal. That is 420 seconds. ReM can be induced if something youve memorrized is repeated.
Personally i combined meditation with tracing thevalphabet eyes closed. Deep breath in count one trace the letter A with your eyes closed. Exhale trace lower case a deep breath 2 trace B exhale trace b. . . Etc then reverse it inhale z trace 26 inhale Y trace 25 inhale and x eventually reverse number with letter inhale 25 trace W. Etc. Youll be out quicklyish.
