It's that important that we will try and filter you out with our many confusing and unuseful options. Also we only have about 3 humans working here and they are all busy for the next 3 months. We are experiencing an unprecedented amount of calls too, no no, we really didn't see this coming for the last 5 years! Don't forget, you can find all the information you need online, where you will search and search only to be given this number to call where we can't help you. Anyway, how about some jarringly loud awful 5 second loop of music in the hope that you'll lose the will to live before we have to deal with your annoying ass. Why are you so obsessed with us anyway...jeez.

Once you wade through the junk the overseas call center is staffed by people whose English is..... deficient.

@Crazywaterspring I had to speak to someone about a problem to do with money a few weeks ago and they couldn't understand me or what I needed and I couldn't understand them either. It was ridiculous.

@Kuronekko Several years ago I called and the call center was in my partner's home town. I could not understand the agent despite being very used to their accent. I sicced my partner on the agent. My partner used language I had never heard her use before. Filipinas rock!
