Had someone tell me once that it was a waste of time to wait for motivation to kick in do something. She said to sit upright, breathe deeply and count down 5,4, 3, 2, 1. Bam, get up and do it, right now. Don't think, just get up and do it. For me, she was right. I can over think and talk myself out of anything. Just doing it, simple, worked.

@sahi81 I think start with therapy and if that isn’t helping you may need to see a psychiatrist as a next step
