God wants us to forget our old hurts and move on.

"Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it springs forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." Isaiah 43:18-19

This passage encourages people to let go of the past and focus on the new things God is doing, even when it seems impossible, as He can create new paths and provide sustenance in seemingly barren situations.

God doesn't want us to stay sad. His ultimate goal is to give us His best and bring us happiness.

Have you ever noticed you can't be glad and sad at the same time? Nor hateful and grateful at the same time? This is why scripture tells us to focus on God, if we want to have peace in our hearts and lives.

Our days go so much better when we focus on God and not all the trials and tribulations around us. Key points of that scripture are:

"Forget the former things": Don't dwell on past mistakes or hardships.

"Behold, I will do a new thing": God is actively working to bring about new beginnings.

"A way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert": Even in seemingly impossible situations, God can provide a way forward. Jesus Is Our Hope and salvation. There is none like Him. He is available to us 24/7.

@FreestyleArt Remember brother, it is sin that makes people act that way, but we can thank God that He never changes, nor His love for us and that He provided a way for us to have salvation. People who hate, we just have to pray for, as we move on and do our best to be who God wants us to be. We do want God's will in our life and we can't do that if we hang out in the past or hold bitterness in our hearts. I'm sure everyone has experienced what you're feeling right now. It's hard to live in this world so we must keep our focus on Jesus and we won't hurt so bad. I love you brother.
