@Silentpleasure I still feel lonely at times but I'm working on it
.. either accept it that that's my truth for the moment and let it be, without making it bigger than it is (eg oh I'm always and forever alone)
..by reminding myself to not be greedy.. I'm having my interactions and connections in time and doesn't have to be a constant thing
.. and to take action about it.. initiate a conversation, ask someone out that it feels easier to connect to, seek communities with common activities that makes it easier..a local choir, an exercise/dance/martial arts group, etc etc things I worked and continue working with.
But I'd say the game changer for me has been, apart from reaching out, reaching into myself. Affirmations and meditation, self care routines and journaling and most importantly, taking it easy...
I used to assign so much expectations to relationships.. now I'm trying to fully and truly enjoy what comes and what I'm given..
