Do you tire of the inevitability of this reality?

Reading through, a few lines from a Philip Larkin poem popped into my head. Relevant or not....

In everyone there sleeps
A sense of life lived according to love.
To some it means the difference they could make
By loving others, but across most it sweeps
As all they might have done had they been loved.
That nothing cures.


Make of it what you will.

I have gone past the stage of being tired of it.
I just disengaged with most activity and it's not a reality I come across anymore.

That’s the internet for you. It’s been this way nearly thirty years.

I stop reading / responding to many messages for long periods on here.

Oh! I wondered just who the "greetings" were from! I've been here under quite a few names (none as good as LesDawsonsPiano of course!) and at the start of each new "life" I have got the same greetings........Pretty sad in a way.

Frankly in your week long stay here you seem to have found nothing positive to say ,being subjected to a post on celebrities🙈 and seem to know the site better than I and I've been here eight years and if you " know they are sitting there masturbating…… how?🤔

Or maybe yer mistaking levity for truth
