It’s crazy to me how I manage to stay moderately “happy”

When I generally feel: under appreciated, not respected, not listened to, not taken seriously, mocked, ridiculed, criticised. The list could go on.

Yet I keep going, keep working hard and doing what I need to do, with no idea what the end goal is.

I feel like this too these days. I'm surprised with myself how I'm handling a situation that would have me otherwise frozen, but this time I'm continuing with an amazing ease...:)
Like, I should've fallen down but I haven't.

I think it's because I'm practicing equanimity. Seeing both good and bad. So, as the situation hadn't unfolded to my liking (specifically a workshop didn't gather enough participants and couldn't happen) I am still happy, because I'm thinking of all that I've avoided (it'd have been energy demanding and draining) so I can still enjoy Life, with or without this unfolding...!

@SW-User Love this, I always try to see the positive in every situation too, it’s a difference maker for sure. Thank you :)
