Mentally torn!

Idk how to act or feel rn. I'm drinking and just can't stop thinking! My best friend that was like a brother to me past away a day after father's day and a day after my birthday! I just found this out tonight and idk how to feel I'm like town but also tearing up but I just don't know what to do or mentally acted this be the second passing on or close to my bday

Awe..my heart aches for you..my best friend was the same age as me and we had so many plans to celebrate and she died 2 wks before her 40th and it devastated me but i use my birthday to celebrate her and hers i do something we both enjoyed together..it may break our hearts but it cant take our memories..🤗
