Is anyone else really struggling with headaches, sinus pressure and breathing a lot lately?

I seem to have developed daily headaches and sinus pressure. It makes it difficult to breathe at times or be outdoors.

Not quite, but lots of post nasal drip and runny nose -- I feel like, for the first time in my life, I've got allergies. Lots of rain here, maybe causing lots of pollen?
