@Nebula I used to be at weight too, then I got sick with heart issues, and the two bouts of blood clots in my lungs did me in health wise. Now I'm on assisted oxygen 24/7 and on disability. Just think, I used to power walk 50 miles a week and power cycle 100 miles a week all around Portland.
