Is 8 pm like some kind of weird witching hour thing that I didn't know about?

All day, cheery, vibrant, good mood....8 oclock hits and waves of sadness and lethargy hit me....I'm gonna start using it to set my clock.

At night energy boost but after that it’s time for bed! lol but it depends on the environment energy. Being around the wrong energy definitely will drain you
