Have you been on anti-depressants?

@LilPrincess SSRI’s increase seratonin but it’s common to hear people complain about the side effects and say they don’t help. There are natural ways to balance neurotransmitters including serotonin but psychiatrists can’t make any money off of a diet that does the trick.

@cherokeepatti I was just stating a fact for me personally as that was just a short list. Nothing worse than having a constant war going on inside your head that with or without meds it never stops.

@LilPrincess Seems to be a common side effect of these meds. I remember reading the complaints on other posts from members here and also EP.
