I second the CBD oil suggestion. I use it myself and I sleep so very good when I do (although my dreams can be pretty messed up…just weird, not bad)

@Fullmetal Almost none. But if you are in a State where it is allowed, some people get 1:1.

@Fullmetal most of them have a tiny bit, but I believe you can find them without zero THC. The one I use has a ratio of 100mg CBD to .27 mg THC…so very little
