Do you have anyone at school that can help you. What they are doing is very close to child abuse where I’m from.
Try your schools nurse or a guidance counsellor.
I’m not familiar with your countries laws on who can book an appointment. Where I’m from when you turn 16 you have to book your appointments or can request a guardian too. Could be similar in your country, hopefully it is.
Sorry but that is the best suggestions I can give.

@Nevertooold A school is not responsible for treating issues with her biological menstruation.
A school is responsible for getting professional emergency treatment and notifying parents.
Since she didn't pass out, and hasn't mentioned anything about notifying the school fist aid officer - I think you are both jumping the gun, and may not be aware of school protocols and responsibilities.

@OogieBoogie I was referring to my parents. I was very well aware the school did all they could.

@justanounsorry if you thought this comment wasn't directed at you, if check , you'll see it was directed at @Nevertooold
But as I mentioned, there's not a lot of point of them sending you to a doctor when treatment is more about making changes to support your bodys ability to up blood volume and replace iron.
Hope you get better .

Warning signs to look out for are:
Feeling Shakey
Cold or pale hands
Not being able to focus
....watch out for these - they are good signs to remember to move or stand up slowly, have a friend support you down any stairs (jic), and if you do feel woozey or light headed - lay down .
If you really think you are going to faint - lay on the floor with your legs on a chair .(sends blood to the brain).
I know it's crappy . I had this on and off for years.
Passed out in some really inconvenient and awful places (public toilets were the worst😖)
It makes you feel weak and shakey.
But truly - the only way to fix it is to improve your nutrient intake...esp iron .
Good iron rich foods are :
beef, mushrooms, lentils ,tomatoes , dried apricots, spinach, tofu ...some cereals .
But really , meats are the highest.
What no one will tell you is -.tp best abosrb iron, you need vitamin c ....so take that as well , or eat lots of citrus .
Easiest is supplements : iron and vit. C
Keep up your water for blood volume and keep protein snacks handy.

Up protein and iron .
The magic pill for anemia is iron supplements .
The above information is what a doctor would tell you .
In extreme cases a blood transfusion is the only other option, but not necessary for your situation .
You don't need to waste a trip to the doctor to be able to initiate these changes to fix your anemia .
Goodluck .👍
