Oh yay nerry Christmas to me...NOT. my grandmother is actively dying

I got that bombshell dropped on me this morning. She's had leukaemia for a few years now on top of having dementia. She is also 90 years old. My aunt was yold by her last week that something is wrong and she knows she will die. I guess yesterday she saw my grandfather who died in 2015 in his military uniform with a c bag on him ready to take her on a date. Im going up there tomorrow after work to go see her. She was put on hospice but she's comfortable.
