Would you consider this self harm? (Slight TW)

I have pointy nails and I like to dig them into my palms because I like the way it looks and feels. Nothing too serious and the marks go away super quickly and I don't usually do it for more than 2 weeks and then I just stop and let them heal[image][image]

I'd say it is but not overly concerning, it worries me this might be a "gateway" to more damaging behaviour
