Fasting 23 hours eat hour or less everyday to lose weight helps other health problems

Lost 5.6 in 7 days love it I am keep going I need to lose a big number of weight this is my way for that I am be addicted till i am down where i need , I got back issues because my tit size hope you drop 2-3 sizes of tit size 🙏🏼🙏🏼😅so this my way to fix i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😂
So i can wait tooo I am 40-50 lbs trying reach i eat two meals in one take 🤣and full all night long i eat 1,300-1,400 calories you should do this with one meal you can you’ll lose more probably but it’s dangerous the less you should eat is 1,200 the most is 2,000 calories , first day is .8 down , when I ate 1,300 i drop one lbs the next day , I need this and want it any negative comment I won’t care to be honest this is my wait to get back to be fit

My guy friend did this had me curious I love it glad he got me curious doing this sometimes we got to do the extreme to be health 🤷🏻‍♀️ he’s doing one meal not calories check like me he’s more crazy 😂

You can try intermittent fasting of your can't go on.
It's easier and you can still drink water, tea, coffee at night.

@RequiemAeternam agree but once I reach my goal I’ll stick to 16-18 hours intermittent fasting

@Human1000 I am glad do a trail run tomorrow try one day see if you can do it that’s what I did lol I did trail run before my bday that past in Aug I did it was dam full 😂

@AsianEyezChulaRp I had pancakes and sausage for breakfast instead of exercise, but no mas! A trail run next time.
