I was feeling really depressed lately due to the results of my blood work

But I’ve been properly dieting and got to the gym regularly over the past couple weeks.

Found out yesterday that I lost about 4 pounds of fat tissue, and gained about 1 pound muscle mass :)

Not much but it’s a good start! I hope…

Certainly a good start and even better if you can stay away from those untrustworthy greedy doctors. Last summer I caught one trying to lie about my blood pressure so he can sell me some medicine. I must have checked it a dozen times myself within the next month and it was always at very normal levels. I'm sure that if I would have took his medicine then I would have had to become a repeat customer.

@IndianaJoes they definitely do that, the dietitian tried to make me a repeat customer as well 🤷🏻‍♂️ gotta be vigilant with these people coz even literally everything is commercialised nowadays, unfortunately 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yep, it's so sad that it's not illegal for them. They need this dishonest practice to have much more exposure.
