Have you ever experienced shortness of breath that lasted for days?

I just want to block this thought from my head, maybe if I stop thinking about it it'll go away. (I have seen a doctor/s)

Yeah when I had covid I got it and it lasted a while even after all the other symptoms had gone. I used Vicks Vaporub it's like mentholated stuff you rub into your chest. Didn't work instantly but 5 minutes after I'd applied it I'd be able to breathe a lot easier.
