Has anyone made you feel this way before?

I went out in this cold weather, I'm sobbing, trembling.. I feel my heart hurt..
All the people around me are peaceful and cheerful, I can't see any of them.. 😭
I just asked for understanding but all the people did nothing but judge me and destroy my hope:(

I have learned that people can only make you feel a certain way if you give them permission...it's hard since I'm an emotional person . Sometimes people will come into your life to teach you over and over again that you have the power and the ability to control how you choose to perceive those emotions...let them flow ..they have their place and then let them go and then move on...it's a waste of time to fixate on these emotions...
