Has anyone made you feel this way before?

I went out in this cold weather, I'm sobbing, trembling.. I feel my heart hurt..
All the people around me are peaceful and cheerful, I can't see any of them.. 😭
I just asked for understanding but all the people did nothing but judge me and destroy my hope:(

Maybe. When I was a kid, my iguana died and I cried. My older sister said I was just trying to get attention. I didn’t express myself as openly no matter what was wrong for a while after that. You can’t let people’s reactions cause you to wall off your heart. If you’re hurting, let it out. I’m sorry you’re feeling so much pain.
