What do you say to someone that is on the verge of suicide?
They also don't want to hear "don't give up"

Yeah not good to say what is in the details of ur question..
Some people actually are wanting to help others and listen to person.
Maybe talking to someone helps if you really really cannot deal with the problem, what is bothering you, life or whatever.
Some people are great at listening when someone is having problems: person having problems might not be able to deal with it anymore and so thinking "suicide is only option" but this person that you might talk to about what is bothering you (family, friend or someone else) could help and give you motivation and more to keep living and to change the situation that is bothering you.
○When I say "you" I mean the person who is going through whatever it is that they are going through..
Anyways also helpline maybe is a thing but I dunno if it is FREE or costs money 🤔😒
Going to a doctor who is trained in that kind of thing might help aswell.
