I don't have a vehicle at the moment and feel stranded at home.

I took my car in to get the light that was broken repaired on Wednesday. Due to the winter weather there have been power outages. My power is fine,luckily it never went out but the shop I always take my car to is in another city down the road and they are without power.

They weren't open yesterday or today so I'm stranded at home.
