I want to throw up i look and feel disgusting

I got out of the shower and saw myself in the mirror. I look nasty. My adams apple is prominent looking, my nose looks too wide and i look like a ugly boy. My body screams ugly boy. I don't have curves, im flat everywhere my body just says boy

I know you have a bit of an issue with eating, sweetie.....I know you try not to eat much. That's not great. Need to eat a little better, 'k?

Plus....those hormones will help....just takes time! Be kind to yourself. Give yourself that time...
