Maybe he needs to hear you say this in person. The weight of that guilt can be crushing.

@HootyTheNightOwl I told him . he thinks it was his fault that our parents were murdered . I am the one who duffer with that depression but he thinks he is guilty of that

@HootyTheNightOwl Yes I attempt some therapy je too because he is a soldier so he must. I have a medicine for stopping it but.... if I use it I feel emty like I cannot feel anything . I am sorry if my grammar is bad .. Engůosh is not my native language
@TicklishKate How long have you been taking your medicine??? Some require a few months to work properly.
I was on an anti depressant once that made me feel empty - and I didn't like that feeling, either... but, looking back now, I see that it was probably a good thing that I felt like that because it stopped me from going into a mental health crisis and ending up in hospital.

@HootyTheNightOwl three weeks. So you think it will be ok? People around me are about .... like she is wird I cannot find someone to talk to for distract my mind ..
