A little update

I've been trying a few techniques for my gerd and it's been under control for 2 days so far. I hope it lasts.

I stopped drinking water or anything right after eating. I wait 20 to 30 minutes afterwards and I try to eat as slow as possible. Things should start slowly improving.

Meanwhile my hip still hurts but also slowly improving I guess.
