An girl at work just asked me if I was ok as she seen me by an bridge last Sunday but she was in her Uber and she was going to get the driver to pull over so she could ask me if I was ok , she said it looked like I was crying and she asked me why I was there , I told her I was walking back from the hotel as my taxi didn’t turn up and I seen the view and I liked it so I taken an photo of it. We aren’t even friends and she taken the time out to make sure I was feeling ok. We get along well though. I thanked her for checking in on me. As someone who used to be suicidal and still struggles with my mental health every day , I really appreciated it and sometimes just asking someone if they are ok could save someone’s life. By the way I had no intentions to jump off the bridge last Sunday , I genuinely see beauty in nature and I always take photos of it when it catches my eye.
