Dear hands stop going numb whenever my arms are bent please and thank you

Everytime my arms are bent to text or do anything my hands and fingers go numb and tingly. It's annoying please stop

It sounds like carpel tunnel,i just had my left wrist done in February and after about three months all is better,no tingling, numbness or pain. :)
