Dear hands stop going numb whenever my arms are bent please and thank you

I had that problem for a long time. When it began affecting my ability to ride my motorcycle I went to a neurologist and was diagnosed with Carpal tunnel syndrome. The fixed each hand one at a time. Thirty years down the road still no problem.
On a side note, make sure you have a good Neurosurgeon, I have two friends that had to get a botched surgery fixed and that was a nightmare.
