Are you mature enough?

The third one is not easy, no matter how many times you had to do it. The repetitive experiences over time just teaches you that you’ll be alright —- eventually.

If kindly parting ways is an attribute of strength, then there’s very few I’ve met who are strong.
@Reject
Parting is not always easy. But not everyone does it to cause pain to the other.

@CookieCrumbs It doesn’t even have to be about causing pain. Sometimes people just don’t like you and want to avoid you.

yes. It's certainly no fun and is not for sissies. I have had "ex" friends come back to me years later and ask for a second chance for our friendship. I always say yes. 🤷‍♀️

If I walk away from something, I'm done
@JohnnyNoir
No second chances?
No repentance?
No changing your mind?

Excellent post. All three can be difficult, but all are necessary for a satisfied mind

What’s “kindly” with respect to parting ways? Didn’t quite get that.
Freeranger · M
