Bad mobility day. Sciatica is in action and my feet ache. I better buy more tiger balm.

Something tells me this sciatica will be sticking around for a few. Sometimes it sorts itself out the next day while other times it takes weeks. I've had it so severe I was barely able to walk or function in my day.
