There is little guidance and redirection for people who have aggressive tendencies and that's a part of the problem.

You have all this rage and no place to put it. It is guaranteed to take a horrific course.

Not trying to justify just speaking from experience.

There has to be something, somewhere.

The internet mostly adds to the rage because there are no rules of conduct, no honor, all is allowed no matter how gruesome it is.

In the past a person's sword was a part of himself , an extension of their arm and there was so many values attached to using it. Well at least in my tribe. Enemies were clear, what's fair was clear, things were simpler. We starved together, we ate together, we fell and rose together.

We move more to complexities, lies and all these games by politicians and by those in control..and perspective gets lost. Everyone is the bad guy, one day.

It is tiring and meaningless to be violent but you find yourself caught up in the cycle over and over again.

I have this problem. My saving grace is that i can, for the most part, direct my rage and use it as fuel.

Problems arise when I'm in situations where there is no way to constructively channel that energy.

Im trying to learn to learn to put it on a shelf when i need to but it can be very difficult sometimes.

There doesn't need to be a justification for there to be a genuine need for guidance and redirection. There should be more if you can't find it.
