I got this new cup because I’ve always struggled with drinking water 😅

@BlueVeins Lmao. So many people tell me that. I think it starts as a child. A lot of the time when people don’t have their kids starting off drinking water instead of like juice and some other bullshit the child struggles with drinking water in general and even as an adult. So, I believe that’s why I struggle with it because my mom never really enforced it much. A lot of the kids I work with can drink sooo much water because it’s all they have at school in their cups and a lot of the time if they come with juice they prefer water over the juice.

@Stark The sparkling water is really good if it's full of aspartame, but my personal favorite water-like, non-nutritious fluid has to be Zevia, that shit's incredible.

And yeah, I've always been a very heavy drinker, idk exactly what it is with me. I always had a huge water bottle that I'd lug from class to class, constantly filling it up, and I probably drank as much milk as the rest of my family combined and my coffee mug holds like a pint. 😅 I'm glad your new water routine is working well for you, I feel bad that you have to even worry about it. Water is so damn importantttttttttt
