My sister took her own life I tried so hard to stop it from a happening so I won't be able to be on for awhile. She was also my best friend in the world

welcome back. my mom did the same thing when I was 17.
there was anger and remorse for years until I finally accepted that her life had become so painful (emotional and physical problems) that ending it was for her the better option.
I understand it better as I get older. and I have forgiven her for doing it - and myself for not stopping it. in reality it is their choice
