@Nunlover Dairy, cheese, some chicken or beef protein, and like soft veg like potato or squash, fruit. Natural sugar is good, but artificial sweetener, not so much. Chocolate, dark chocolate especially, promotes good stool production. Fish can give it a strong taste which is not necessarily a bad flavor, but distinct. Avoid stuff like whole grain, nuts, etc.. unless you chew them very well, then it not so bad. Same with fruit and veg, chew that stuff up really well before swallowing.And so on.
Moderate exercise also helps keeps things more regular, and solid. It's more of an art than a science I think. ;)
