I Have Anxiety
Only i would have a pack attack when im on an anxiety support network site. I thought support networks were meant to help not make you worse....

I used to visit support groups for depression and anxiety and they wore me out. I think it is harder to give support when you are in a deep depression high anxiety state. I avoid groups like that just because I have to for my own well being.
