Any females with advice for this?

I usually end up with really sore muscles, making it hurt to do anything when I am on my period. I have no idea what to do. Pain medicine doesn't help soreness though.

Take a hot shower maybe? Drink lots of water. Try to eat a little healthier.

Valium.....strongest muscle relaxant you can get....ask your mom & doctor about getting some for your cramps -

Well I always look up stretches I can do for period pain in Google. Try a few of those and see how it works.

hot bath with some epsom salts in it.

My mom won't let me take a bath though. She is scared I will have a seizure in there and drown, which is a logical fear.

@repeters1027: eh..ok, hot shower then....careful not to slip and crack your head though!

@Kuronekko: I'll try that soon.

I get exactly the same. All my joints ache like mad and I get really sensitive skin as well. All I can say is try and keep warm and keep moving. Just one of those things

I also get bad cramps though, and have a messed up foot.

Hydrate accordingly.

Lay off the inflammatory foods.

It worked for my sisters, wife and my female acquaintances.

What are "inflammatory foods"?
