Well I always look up stretches I can do for period pain in Google. Try a few of those and see how it works.

My mom won't let me take a bath though. She is scared I will have a seizure in there and drown, which is a logical fear.

I get exactly the same. All my joints ache like mad and I get really sensitive skin as well. All I can say is try and keep warm and keep moving. Just one of those things
