Any females with advice for this?

I usually end up with really sore muscles, making it hurt to do anything when I am on my period. I have no idea what to do. Pain medicine doesn't help soreness though.

Take a hot shower maybe? Drink lots of water. Try to eat a little healthier.

I do drink plenty of water. I was going to try eating healthier anyways. Then, maybe I won't skip 2 meals a day.

3 meals a day would help. A heating pad also, maybe. Heat helps.

@Anonsmiles: Heating pad helps cramps but I get muscle soreness in my legs, making it painful to walk or stand for extended amounts of time.

@repeters1027: does it not help when you put it on your legs as well? I usually use a heating pad when anything is sore or hurts so idk
