@Sulusuwakis cults could burn in hell for all i care

Didn't know you had AA over there and yes I believe it is a cult. My father was a member in his later years...he would spout all of those sayings and stuff but his real problem wasn't drinking it was his mental and personality problems. I think he stayed with it because it was a way to make friends, but with his personality he burned most of them quickly. In the end he met up with some ex-druggies at an AA and they took him in to "care" for him but were actually getting most of his retirement money and letting him have enough for basic expenses. When he died they abandoned his body at a morgue and refused to bury him.

I personally have never ever drunk nor smoked but she never had a problem as they made out she just needed a little friendship been I never drink I couldn't really help that way.

I am sorry this happened to you, and i imagine you got a lot of grief here, from believers in this cult, and cult it is created at at time when we had conquered TB, and they needed to do something with all these TB wards..
the success rate is poor too 5%
they create an additive cycle based on going to meetings

now across the state courts order any person caught impaired to go be treated as an addict.

It's just a way of mass control and making it legal and even worse when it's enforced upon people

It's always bad because they catch people at a low point like all religions and cults

I heard that AA actually keeps you hooked to your problem,it is their approach that is flawed.

Lol it was the same as narcotic anonymous tho.

It worked for me, I have been sober for 8 years now.
