I Have a Question

What was the first thing you learned to cook?
greenmountaingal · 70-79, F
As a young adult...Soup. It's so easy to make and so filling when money is in short supply.

When I was 10 years old, I learned how to make spaghetti with my dad who was as clueless about cooking as I was.

Tortilla soup? I know what tortilla is but a tortilla soup. What's that?
twistermind · 51-55, F
Yummy! A burger. The best hamburger I eat ever was in Venezuela. I laugh at Burger King or McDonald's. It had all the classic ingredients plus a friend egg and avocado.

So, it's not a soup, soup...I mean liquid. But, the tortilla is what we call here an omelette or a pankcake?
Mahjack · 31-35, M
