Do you see "complicated" as a good or bad thing? Why?

What do you think of someone if they tell you that they're "complicated" ? Do you get a positive or negative feeling? Most of the time I feel it would be taken as negative without further explanation. Personally, I feel that I'm complicated because I'm "multidimensional" and probably not what you would expect if you got to know me better. On the other hand, I'm really straightforward and I tell it like it is. If you've wronged me you'll know about it. And if I like you, you'll definitely know about it.
