I've read about insomnia and that has helped me some. Everyone's techniques are different. What works for me is: don't stay in bed awake with blender brain, try not to look at the clock, have some cereal with milk, pet the cat (lol), watch some TV, go back to bed and lay on my back with knees up which seems to tire me out for some reason. Oh, and give DH a shove so he'll turn over and quit snoring. --DW
