I Have Something to Say

'Husband is leaving for Mexico Sunday (not today) lol with exception to this year we've spent the last 10 years together. Never had a night apart.
But this year that changed.
I went to NJ for 3 days to get a cerclage to help prolong my pregnancy and he stayed home with the kids because we couldn't pull them out of school and they'd have been miserable at the hospital & hotel the whole time.
& this coming Sunday he's going to Mexico for a week to visit his dad.
With this high risk pregnancy he's been taking care of me, I'm on moderate bed rest, not working and my only job is taking the kids to and from school.
He's done the cooking and cleaning and leaves my meals prepared for me.
He's asked his sister to come by and do a little cleaning and what not but I'm really going to miss him.
I think a week away from me will do him well though especially because when the twins come it's going to get really hectic.
Blah this will be a piece of cake. I think.

You sound like a saintly woman! We all pray for your pregnancy! Why NJ of all places?

@samueltyler2: oh don't sell yourself short
Dr. White has taken over Dr Davis she studied his technique and is extremely successful.
My cerclage is called a TVCIC.
Most offer the McDonald but it's stitched though the cervix and can tear it's only 75% successful.
I live in Chicago and Dr Haney offers the TAC he's world renowned but it's such an invasive procedure.
The TVCIC is placed at the level of the TAC but there is no abdominal incisions.
The TAC is 98% successful and the TVCIC is 97% overall Doctor White has a 99% success rate

I am surprised you were allowed to take the trip. How far along are you?

@samueltyler2: I was 9 weeks when I got it, I have a history of IC losses and so my case is very unique and needed it done before 10 weeks for optimal placement.
I'll be 15w tomorrow
