I Have Something to Say

As I sit to read the text onscreen;
I see talks of love, peace; people full of hope;
talks of hate, despair, more sadness than they can cope;

Perverts, predators, people just plain mean;
All types of people will come to pass me by,
And sometimes to some people I'll try and say hi.

But right now my responses are few,
largely infrequent and rarely new,
That's not to say I'm unhappy at all;
Just bored as I wait for the call.

A call for a lively conversation;
Or a cure for sleep deprivation..
