What makes someone's life story worth writing and how do you know if its the type of story people will want to read?

Anyone's life story is worth writing, but only if you write it for yourself first... maybe people will like it, maybe they won't, that cannot be controlled.

If someone else can learn from your life, it's worth sharing. People love human interest stories and reading about people overcoming tragedy and troubles.
