How do you handle feeling neglected, angry, betrayed, and sad?

Try to express myself or put the words into writing and that helps purge the feeling

if only it were that easy. But you are right, I am going to cut off another huge chunk of connections, emotions and years of history that leads to sentimental feelings. If I had to show by graph, 65% out of 1005 Remained, now its 45% out of 100%

That's what I had to do to find balance in my life. Though missed, some connections only offer slow acting poison.

It's not easy by any stretch of imagination but there are times it is the only reasonable way to protect oneself from consented mental sabotage.

Loving ones self at this point is one of the best things to do or theyd go into a mental state that scares them for life.
