How to get rid of dizziness/lightheadness?

That's a blood pressure issue.
Might be something as simple as the amount you are eating or not !
Go see your doc for a B.P. check.
Just in case it's a symptom of something else !

Last time i went to the doctor it was low but healthy. However it may have become lower. I'll prbly pay the doc a visit tommarrow. Thank you very much!

@purecrazy93: Yeah, this only helps if the source of the problem is the crystals in the inner ear fluid have gotten bunched up in a bad position. Like PB says, it can also be due to blood pressure and other problems, even a brain tumor.

@O-sure: Right it only helps with Benign Positional Vertigo. But I don't know whats causing it so i just thought id narrow it down with experiments. I also drank more fluids to see it was dehydration etc etc.
