How to get rid of dizziness/lightheadness?

I tried it out and it was useless.

@purecrazy93: Same here, the first couple of times, then it helped. I did it like 5 times in one afternoon when nothing would stop the spinning.

The trick is to hold the positions so the crystals in the inner ear have time to shift.

@purecrazy93: Yeah, this only helps if the source of the problem is the crystals in the inner ear fluid have gotten bunched up in a bad position. Like PB says, it can also be due to blood pressure and other problems, even a brain tumor.

@O-sure: Right it only helps with Benign Positional Vertigo. But I don't know whats causing it so i just thought id narrow it down with experiments. I also drank more fluids to see it was dehydration etc etc.
