Smile at him. Laugh if he says something funny. Biggest thing is you have to work up the confidence to talk to him a little and engage him in conversation. It doesn't have to be deep meaningful conversation, just talk to him a little bit. It'll get a guys attention if you do something to make him notice you. Talking to him is a good way.

Engage in some covert operations to find out if he would be interested and then if he is do all that girly flirtatious stuff like smiling at him, laughing at his jokes etc.
